Bug 404 Error when posting Thread/Reply

Not quite sure what category it falls under, Im fairly certain I didnt do something properly and its not a bug, but it required a category.

But I keep getting a 404 Error when posting a new thread/reply. I am running vb 4.2.2, DragonByte Tech: SEO (Lite) 1.2.2, and wordpress for a homepage.

Any help is appreciated. I am going to disable dbSEO for now so that my member's don't die from lack of posting

EDIT: Also error's when clicking on notifications like the Mention notifaction from user tagging.

Please make sure you have fully turned off all of vBulletin's rewrite rules and that you have removed their rules from your .htaccess file.

Ok, so I feel like I am going to break something.

If you can, will you explain what exactly I need to do? I don't want to break my site lol.
