Bug 2 small issues when disabling Auctions

2 Bugs from disabling Auctions.
1. The drop down New Listings only shows Buy it Now, Wanted is missing.
2. The "New Listing" tab still shows Auction

I'll check into what us causing the issue. It might be worth trying to save the 'Wanted' type as unactive and then active to see if that fixes the issue.
