Bug Fresh install, AdminCP option repeated 5 times

Just installed the latest beta and get the following option in the AdminCP repeated 5 times:

That is indeed working as intended

It's so you can create different tiers

I kinda figured that I might not understand that one... Ok, I'll figure it out later. =)

It's so you can, say, make it so that 5 thanks = green and 10 thanks = red hot post, etc.
