This can happen if you have set the URL limit in the sitemap to a value that's too high. Try reducing it to 15000.

In that case, the issue is likely that Google tried to read the sitemap while it was being generated. You can inspect the sitemap manually by downloading the file to see that it does indeed contain URLs.

While this, when I click OPEN SITEMAP, https://www.example.com/dbseositemap.php page blank.
Then I have a check in cpanel, the sitemap files still exist.

What's wrong and how to prevent daily monitoring?

This is working as intended, you’re not meant to access the site map files directly.

In general, a blank page indicates that there could be a php error obscured. You should ensure display_errors is enabled in php.ini.
