Bug Visual display when tabs reload.

There is a very relevant display issue when the tabs reload,very quick reload but still noticeable..

Forum before reload..



And Forum during tab reload..

This is as intended. I deliberately set it so that the forums fade slightly while the the refresh or tab load is performed to show what is happening.
