Visitor Message Editor

I have posted this issue in the Member Map forum but because it effects dbtech site currently and is a forum of communication here on dbtech I am posting it here to be looked into...when MemberMap is enabled it removes the UserCP Visitor Message Editor.

Edit: Also removes usermenu items
