Bug VBShout just shows Loading....

The Shoutbox has been working fine, no changes have been made at all. One of our members said its not loading for him. It was working fine on mine until I tried firefox.

I was running the Lite version which showed this error, so thought I'd purchase it to see if the issue would go.

Is there anything I can check to get this going?

Hi there,

Can you please try opening Firefox' error console (F12) and inspect the AJAX request for any errors?

Hi there,

You have 3 problems on your forums that I can see:
1. Your vSA Top X Stats is creating a JS error:

TypeError: document.getElementById(...) is null
document.getElementById('vsatopstats_rtitle_menu').style.display='none';

2. Your favicon doesn't work:

3. Shout ID 5932 has unsupported characters that is causing an XML parsing error. I have edited this shout and removed the unsupported characters, and your Shoutbox is now working as intended

The other two issues, I won't be able to assist with unfortunately I would advise you to correct them, as they may lead to unexpected problems if they are left unresolved.
