Bug VBSEO interaction with VBShout

Lately we have been experiencing a surge of users sometimes upwards of 200+ users. I was under the impression that the new vbshout was compatible with VBSEO. However we have been getting terrible load issues with VBSEO/vbshout.

Sometimes upwards of 100+ threads open

Was I wrong to assume vbshout is compatible with vbseo now or is that not true? We have vbshout.php excluded in our vbseo as well. But that has never done anything to stop this issue in the past. Just thought I would mention it.

There's nothing more we can do to ensure compatibility, without taking away functionality.

Because of the fact that it's not vBShout doing it on its own, it's not a bug in vBShout that we're able to fix.

out of cursorily what kind of functionality would we loose if the stuff causing this issue was disabled? If it was something small I would happily give that up to gain performance.

I haven't used vbshout in quite sometime but I saw there has been many new versions that came out since over 9 months ago. I was curious if the compatibility between vbseo and vbshout has improved, I didn't notice it in the changelogs. I noticed you guys run vbseo now as well so I am hoping it is a positive sign that I can try to use this product again

We do run vBSEO and have no performance issues with it being enabled, vBShout is also not on our vBSEO exclusion lists or anything
