Question vbDownloads tab does not show

In the navigation Manager, vbDownloads tab gets automatically added when the plugin is installed. This tab will never show unless I remove "vbdownloads" from the setting "Show Permission Name"

I do have the correct usergroups set to see the tab in the same window and also in the usergroup settings. I do not have this problem on other dbtech plugins that use tabs, only this one.

Downside of removing this is the tab can only be disabled in the usergroup settings.

Hi there,

The correct "Show Permission Name" is downloads, not vbdownloads. Can you please try setting the Show Permission Name to downloads and see if that works for you?

That did fix it, permissions now work from the tab settings!

Just so you know, I never set that, so it must have been installed that way. I did however install the Lite version, then the Pro version over it. So you may want to check both of them as they may be setting that value wrong.
