Bug upgrade to last v DB error

hello

when i tray to update from V 2.2.0pl2 to the last V i get DB error number 2006

check the pcutire please and how to fix that ?

but it is not taking long time like 2 second , for sure it is not server confg, what you think it can be if sure not server ?
