please can add option that can detect Tor users.

Features:
Enable/Disable
Index Only Option
Persistent Message Enable/Disable (Uses Cookies)
Redirect if Detected
Redirect to another page
Custom Messages
Customer Color of Messages
Not allowing Tor users to post
Usergroup Permissions
Set a certain amount of views before blocking
Option to remove X on alert
Once closed, don't persist with displaying box
Possibly a notice type message instead of a popup
BAN Tor users automatically
