Bug The shoutbox sounds don't work

Hi, i recently had a problem with the shoutbox.

The problem is that i enabled the sounds, both on the instance manager and in the general settings. But the sounds don`t appear in the page code.

I solved it myself by removing the vb:if tags from the shoutbox template, but if i don't do this modification the sounds don't work.

We'll fix this in a future version, it requires changing the way settings work, which is not an easy task
