Bug TAGS with spaces

Hi Fillip H.,

Just got an email from google webmaster saying

Page Not Found - DigitalWorldz Technology Forum - Satellite, television, consoles, community Increase in not followed pages
Google detected a significant increase in the number of URLs that we were unable to completely follow.

On further investigation it is the TAGS - we have thousands of tags on our site.

Any tags with a SPACE in them end up like this

http://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/tags/for sale/

Something to do with the %20

This has been hotfixed in the release version already
