Legacy Suggestions for Downloads 1.4

Greetings,
Previously I made some suggestions over on vB.org, and wanted to ensure they were seen as it appears the coder has changed hands again? Well, I believe these could be extremely beneficial to the product, and I remember it being mentioned they were being added to a suggestions list Also added a few more
1) Remote server hosting of files
2) Comments moderation (approvals, moderation page, mass-delete especially)
3) Comments spam prevention (IP banning? re/captcha? word recognition? or best yet glowhost spam-o-matic integration?)
4) Sub-folder tree structure (per category maybe) vs 1 folder of all files.
5) vB search integration
6) Profile integration listing files uploaded and stats (ratings/# of downloads)
7) Ratings switchable between current and 5 star average w/ image
8) Thread posting
