Bug Shoutbox notifications issue

OK, We have got the latest Shoutbox installed with the notification feature. But we found it irritating when the shoutbox keeps pushing the notifications for old chats or chats that are already read. Kindly fix this issue at the earliest.

Kindly make it no more notifications for the chats that are already checked or read by visiting by the browser tab or shoutbox tab.

Hi there,

The notifications do not push for older chat messages - everything fetched during the initial load is marked as read, only future messages display their notifications.

Furthermore, if you would like to disable the desktop notifications, you can do so by unticking the checkbox in the drop-down when clicking the shoutbox title, or via the UserCP
