Bug Shout Marker Interval - Need verification berofe activate parameter

Hello,

It's not really a bug, but a verification before activating parameter.

I tested ton put the notification at 1, for the parameter "Shout Marker Interval"

We have infinite notification, before the notification is considereting as a shout.

I agree that it's stupid to put the parameter to one, but someone, like me, who want to test the mod, can destroy the server ^^
