Question Shout Box Does not work at all

So i have uploaded all the files to my ftp. the chatbox shows on my forum and i can edit everything in the cp. But when it comes to the actual working of it. It does not show any users or any post i try to make to it? i ensured all files are in the right place, but yet nothing else happens. what do i do now?

The problem is that there are files missing from the upload.

Please drag and drop the contents of the upload folder into your public_html folder. If you do, it'll work

I reloaded all the files again. and it worked. Thanks for the help
