Bug Search function don't work

Well, the gallery has many nice features , but the Searchfunction doesn't work correctly.

Here is the same error as on my site.

Type a word that are you looking for and you get this error :
Fatal error: Call to a member function escape_string() on a non-object in dbtech/gallery/modules/gallery/functions/class_module.php on line 360
i don't post the complete path, because it's your forum here

On my site i get a white Page instead of this error. Because i have disable the ErrorReporting.

Please take a look at that.
