Legacy Script for default tabs and the submenus

Hope in future we will have a script with default tabs and sub menu for the Home, Forum, Blogs..

Like it is for activity&Awards for default set of medals etc take alot of time for users make all new
just for have icons to the tabs like an exemple

While that does sound good in theory, but I see some issues with that.

1. There would have to be at least two scripts, one for the suite version, and one for the forum version of vBulletin.

2. The admin still would have to go and set up each tab, dropdown, and sub-link with the permissions they wish, as I would have no way of telling what userggroups they already allow to see the items contained in the original tabs and sub-links.
