Question Rewrite Problems

Hi

I've got 2 problems:

1. This page isn't displaying: http://www.myfertilityforum.com76-my-fertility-friends.html it's redirecting to http://www.myfertilitybook.com76-my-fertility-friends.html/ Can't see anything in htaccess to cause this redirect. I suspect that it's in DB SEO somewhere. Can you please find and fix the problem.

2. The homepage url in the web browser is showing as https://www.myfertilityforum.com/?tabid=8 This is causing me canonical issues. Can you rewrite the url in the htaccess file to https://www.myfertilityforum.com

Quote me for the work. Am happy to pay to get it fixed.

I've looked into this and there's no way to remove the tabid=8 from the URL while maintaining having the tab selected - that was a problem for you in the past.

You would need to choose between adding the tabid to the URL or having the navbar tab selected.

Sorry I couldn't bring better news.

I've disabled the navbar plugin and it's still adding the ?tabid=8

According to my server people, this can be rewritten in htaccess file: https://perishablepress.com/redirect-query-string-htaccess/

Do I need to uninstall the navbar mod completely?

Kindly reply within 7 days. I'm tired of the lack of support and the time it takes you to get back to me with a solution. I've waited 2 months for a reply! This is unacceptable.

If I don't get a solution to this problem within 7 days, I will take the legal route, which is easy as you're based in the UK.

I do not work for vBulletin support, so I am not obligated to assist you with configuring your website to your specifications.

This forum is for support with our products, which you yourself stated is not the cause of this problem as disabling the navbar mod did not have the desired effect.

As you have now threatened legal action, I am obligated to lock this thread and disable editing of any of its posts, as they may become evidence in the future.
