My Forum follows the URL wrong.

The URL are not normalized. And than comming error URL with:
showthread.php/showgroups.php
showthread.php/index.php
showthread.php/archive/index.php

This means you have not disabled the vB Friendly URL library via the vBulletin Options.

The Option Friendly URL is off. It can not be

Then it's simply an issue that your old URLs have not been deindexed from Google yet
