Postbit Tabs Show Location vB default Postbit Above Join Date, User Info Left = Below the users reputation.

User reputation is designed to be integrated into Postbit Tabs as well, and Postbit Tabs needs to run where it does for custom skin reasons.

Please can you make it work on without manual template/files edit?Template/files edits are a bad, bad thing. Every time you upgrade vB you need to edit every template/files you've done edits in. That's no fun. I hate doing any manual edits to my forum because of this.

No. If you want the default vB user info controllable with Postbit Tabs, it is not possible to make it work without manual template edits.

No, you do not. This was true with vB3, but this is no longer true as of vB4. It will automatically merge your edited templates, unless you've heavily customised it. Additionally, it's not a guarantee that the template in question was even updated by vB.
