Legacy PM Usergroups

This option allows you to PM entire usergroups.To PM a usergroup use the following in the PM Recipients box: {*usergroupid*},It comes with settings to allow usergroups to use it, and also to enable/disable the mod.

That can already be done in the ACP with vBSuper PM's with the setting, PM Mass Send PM's other than the fact members can't use it.
