Phrasing doesn't work as far as I can tell.
I mean, every notification we need to make active. And one field is "Notification Phrase" where we should use something with %d for example:
You have %d new private messages.
But it doesn't work, I see phrases I didn't write down (in admincp I see them, but not when I receive notifications). Like it uses some system coded phrases. I thought it should use phrases I put in admin cp when I activated notifications.
Also, when I changed it to legacy system, as I have Croatian board it still was using English, so I assume that phrases are hard coded, not in phrases, if you understand what I mean.
