Bug Phrasing doesn't work

Phrasing doesn't work as far as I can tell.

I mean, every notification we need to make active. And one field is "Notification Phrase" where we should use something with %d for example:

You have %d new private messages.

But it doesn't work, I see phrases I didn't write down (in admincp I see them, but not when I receive notifications). Like it uses some system coded phrases. I thought it should use phrases I put in admin cp when I activated notifications.

Also, when I changed it to legacy system, as I have Croatian board it still was using English, so I assume that phrases are hard coded, not in phrases, if you understand what I mean.

Ok, just to update.

I see message I use, but only as short flash of notification about new notifications. There is message I wrote in "Notification Phrase". I want that notifications bar (if this is correct term) use this phrases too, or new phrase that we can easily create in admincp.

I'd like that we can phrase everything, even messages that should be already phrased, like Notifications in legacy system. I have it translated, but when I use legacy system I see again English word Notifications even in Croatian language.

The tab name is defined by the title field in the notification type. Any other phrase that vBNotifications can be found in the vBulletin phrase system with the varname dbtech_notifs.
