Legacy Option to rotate image

With android/ios device uploads, a lot of times the image could be sideways without the user noticing until after the image is uploaded. Add option on image edit or when filling out into mid submit to allow the user to rotate the image.

Did you ever get around to allowing users to have the option to turn off water marking?
