Legacy only show forum which user has permissions in list

I was looking around in vbactivity and noticed in the contests list that the list of excluded forums was showing all of the forums rather than just the ones that a user would have permissions to view. I would prefer to have the private forums not show up for members that don't have permissions. Not sure if forums are listed any other place on the various pages, but the same request would apply any place there is a list of forums.

Thanks! I've got a few offline forums that weren't intended to be listed anywhere. Nothing bad...but just behind the scenes business stuff that wasn't meant to be in a visible list.
