Only have "Likes" and "Dislikes" in the post bit for the user and stats?

To be honest, not sure what the difference is between saying thank you or liking a post? For this reason, I would like to turn off the "Thanks" functionality completely. Is this possible?

All I want to show in the individuel users post bit results and stats for "Likes" and "Dislikes".

Turn off the Thanks button in the Button Manager
