1.I have a custom made page but it doesn't show the full hyper link deatils for example just to use your links

no mater what or were i go it will always say http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/forums.php.
Question is can i alter my custom page php file so it shows the full links.
2.If i want to make a side block and have it appear on my custom page what do i add to block_html to make it appear?
Reason i ask here and not other places is i find DBT more freidnly and helpful unlike the main large places one would turn too.
