Are you running vBSEO with member profiles rewritten? It's a bug in vBSEO if so.

my vBSEO is installed on my forum, but it is disabled becausemy license has expired.

checked now, and it is the same dbtech

Then you still have vBSEO's redirects enabled, if you've disabled the mod you need to disable its rewriting too.

ok if disable rewrite url is work but i dont like the dafault url; on dbtech forum is work; how to fix it?

We use the vBNotifications mod to get around the vBSEO issue
