Bug New Thread Action Not Functioning

Me again.
Just had a new registration today and a new thread was not created. I tested it by signing up an alias and confirming my email and it did not create a new thread.

Well I just signed up another alias, confirmed my email and no new thread was created.
This was working before the update but since the update it is not working again.

You still have the login information.

I uploaded the wrong hook file when attempting to patch it on your site, try now
