Bug New Tabs Not Displaying

Just upgraded the product and now any new tabs or links I create do not show up. All permissions have been checked and triple checked.

I just added a tab without any issues, you can see it on your site, it's called Test Tab, only admin can see it ATM.

Yes I see it. Can you check my 'arcade' tab and let me know what I am doing wrong. I want it on the second navbar.

Is that one you created yourself or is that a stock tab from the arcade mod?

I created it myself.

I removed arcade from the the Show Permission Name field and it displays now.
