Need vb conditional code for facebook connect

If anyone can answer this, it would be much appreciated and i know there are other places i could go for this, but i will ask here anyway's

Anyone know <vb:if condition=" for users who are not linked with facebook on the site? I want a message to appear to only user's who have not linked their facebook account. If anyone can help me on this i would appreciate it!
