Legacy Moving the thumbs

I want to know how i can move the thumbs, not the bar and everything, but just the thumb up and thumb down to the bottom right corner of the postbit like what "http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=285720" has it? I just want it simple, and i don't like the integrate action bars location either.

I will post a screenshot from the other mod for a example.
