Bug Minimum Characters Posted on thread not working

Minimum Characters Posted on thread is not working correctly. 2 members posted, and then could not rate a thread. I confirmed. The setting for their usergroup was set to 20 characters.

I'm sorry, I don't know why I didn't see this post. Is this still an issue or did you get it worked out? It works fine for me on my local dev.
