Medal Notifications

Everytime I give a medal out it resends a notification to those who I have already given it to.
So say user # 1 and 2 have the medal. When i go in and add user #3 to get the medal it notifies user 3 which is good but renotifies users 1 and 2 and changes thier received date to the date that I gave user number 3 the medal.

That'll be fixed in the next version, its byproduct of the way medals are hndled in the current version.
