The Maximum Wins (User) doesnt seem to be working. I have this set as 1 yet I have just won both first and second place in the draw,
 
This has now been resolved, thanks :)

If you re-download v1.1.0pl1 and re-upload /dbtech/raffle/cron/draw.php it will be fixed on your site :)
