Question License renewal

I have recently received two requests for payment for renewal of my License but I am not sure that they are genuine.
Can you confirm to me please that a payment from me is due and that these notices are genuine.

Hi Brian,

Without the email body text it's hard to tell, but we do send reminders when a license is due to expire. I believe we send them a week or so before the license expires.

That does not mean you need to pay in order for your products to continue working, it simply means you won't have access to any future updates
