1. Is it possible to add shout instance to only one forum using that forum ID number rather than all of the forums under forumdisplay? I don't want it to show anywhere except forum home and one other forum.

2. Is it possible to make it collapsed by default?

1. You can wrap the deployment code in something like

<vb:if condition="$foruminfo['forumid'] == x"></vb:if>

2. Unfortunately not, no
