InfoPanels and user group colour

have installed info pannels but not sure how ti change user group colours

That would be the HTML Markup feature of the Usergroup Manager

thank you for your reaply how would i change it as i looked at the Usergroup Manager but cant see this feature, also iy shows all the user groups and there colours is this chaged from the same place

When editing / adding a usergroup:

Username HTML Markup
(Specify an opening and closing HTML tag with which to display the names of users in this group. This applies to names that appear on Logged-in Users, Who's Online, Users Browsing Forum, Users Browsing Thread, Posts, Member List etc.)

HTML tags.
Say, for instance, to have bold usergroup you would put <b> in the first field and </b> in the 2nd.
