You knew this was coming... 
Ok, so I bought the City Signature pack and have had a bit of a struggle getting it setup (not the fault of the pack).
So now I get to the "parts" section and I realize it will literally take me hours to input all of the information for each image. At that point, I kinda gave for the moment.
So yeah, there needs to be a way to export and import these things. If there is, you'll get a lot more sales because right now, it's kind of a bitch.
