Sorry i forgot to ask if it is possible to remove the Forum Articles from it and just slide and show images. Or just Custom Text

Instance Management -> Edit -> Articles To Show: 0 (remember to update both Forum and CMS configuration areas, scroll down further to see more).

Is it possible to remove the slider there where it is currently ? i set it up above the notice but i can't remove the other one :/

Turn off the Auto-Display feature in the page I mentioned earlier.

Oh yea my fault. I removed the other code too. That's why i thought it is not working ^^

That is for a Pro-only feature, you would CHMOD that to 0777 and then use the AdminCP interface to upload images to be displayed there.
