Question How do I refund all the gifts purchased, and then delete them ?

Well, I want to delete all the gifts of a certain category, and refund everyone their money or portion of it per gift.

the reason is that i want to turn them into Items with effects.

Is that possible for the new version ? if so, how ?

That's sadly not possible at this point in time.

However, you can configure the items to allow sell-back and have the sell-back price be identical to the purchase price, then instruct your members to sell the item back

ok, so how can i remove the gifts ? if i remove the category will it be removed from them as well ? as in users wont have it

No, you need to delete the items via the Item Management

In v2.0 and above there's no longer a distinction between gifts and items, so yeah it will be identical
