Legacy Hide Mailing Lists option

Hello,

I would like to hide mailing lists option to be seen by anybody except me, means if I enable navbar tab, only I can see it.

That is not currently possible, I'll change this to a feature request to hide the tab if there are no visible mailing lists.

Maybe I can do it by adding this line somewhere in one of the files?

Wrap the contents of the dbtech_vbmail_navbar_link template in that conditional and that should work, yeah.
