fully phrased?

I'm thinking about buy 3 products:
- vbshout
- infopanel
- advanced post [like/thanks]
but I need know if they are fully phrased [I will translate do portuguese]

vBShout is currently not fully phrased (the JS file has got hardcoded English strings). However, I am currently working on an update that will change this, and it'll be fully phrased post release.

All other mods are fully phrased
