Legacy Force Users to Read PMs

Please can you add option for Force Users to Read PMs?allow Admins to force users (by usergroup) to make sure they have read all their PMs before they are allowed to use/browse the forums.

Actually I see in the Lite version it is missing, as some others, re download the product, and upload, includes/xml/cpnav_dbtech_vbsuper_pm.xml
