Bug Fatal error: When I enable Info Panels

I have an issue with the Currently Active Users and info panels and seen that it may have been fixed. So I downloaded it again and when I updated my site I get the following error.

Fatal error: [] operator not supported for strings in /u0/webroot/virtual/nifootball2/www.nifootball.co.uk/forum/index.php(653) : eval()'d code on line 32

I don't think that's related to InfoPanels because all our eval()'d code is in files, not via the plugin system like that error message would indicate.

Also, index.php in vB 4.1.2 does not have 653 lines. Are you using some form of 3rd party CMS?
