Question Exclude certain users

Can you exclude certain users or usergroups from contests?

Edit the users in the AdminCP and set "Is Excluded" to Yes

I excluded myself and a couple of other people through the ACP, and although it removes the information from their/my postbits and the leaderboard, it does not seem to exclude us from the contests.

I made a hotfix to /dbtech/vbactivity/includes/class_core.php that also applies the per-user exclude to the contests alongside the per-usergroup contest-specific exclusion

Thanks, i've uploaded the hotfix. Will it automatically update now that the contest is already under way? I'm still appearing in the contest but i've set my own account and usergroup to excluded.

It will not remove the existing progress users that are now excluded have made, but it will also stop affected users from progressing in the contest, as well as prevent entry for any new contests.
