Bug Error when verifying google analytecs

I have this come up:

Administrator Attention Required
The Google Analytics Profile ID is missing. Either fill this out manually, or click the "Address" button to get taken to the relevant interface.

It is strongly recommended you enable this feature.

So I click the address, it sends me to google analytecs site, where I get a verification code, once I get this I copy and paste it over and this is what happens,

The stream IO handler requires the allow_url_fopen runtime configuration to be enabled on line 51 in /home/snowandm/public_html/dbtech/dbseo/includes/3rdparty/Google/IO/Stream.php (code: 0)

Is there a way to fix this?

Have you tried changing the allow_url_fopen setting in php.ini setting as per the error message?
