Are you sure this issue is due to vBSuperPMs? The features you mention are default vBulletin features, using the inline moderation tools checkboxes.

You're right. My mistake. Didn't know that option was availble already.
I disabled the plugin and found the Download all Private Messages as: XML | CSV | Text at the bottom of the page (instead of the top), giving the same error page when I try to download.

I will go find my answer at vbulletin.com.
